Your entry will be confirmed by email and all runners are to collect their numbers/chips by 9.30 a.m. on the day.

Trophies for Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd Men and Lady Runners, Trophy for fastest lady and man in Over 40, Over 50, Over 60 age groups

Fassage Hall, Lode, Cambridgeshire. CB25 9HB.  Fassage Hall is in the village of Lode in Cambridgeshire.  Free Parking is available in the village, please follow the signs and marshal instructions.

Lode Half Marathon Race Terms & Conditions

By signing up to take part in this event you agree to abide by the conditions of entry and any race instructions given by the organisers of the Lode Half Marathon.  The official decisions will be final.

All competitors enter at their own risk.  While medical assistance is provided for the duration of the event no liability will be accepted by Lode Runners, land owners or individual race organisers for any injury incurred by entering this race.  By signing up to take part in this event you confirm that have no medical disabilities that would endanger yourself or others by taking part and you will not run on the day if not fit.

Pictures and video footage may be used on the race website or that of our sponsors and in advertising material and media write-ups.  All competitors entering the Half Marathon agree to their photograph being used for these purposes.

On the day of the race, participants must be 17 years or over for the Half Marathon. 

Anyone not at the halfway point in 1.75 hours will be picked up and returned to Race HQ.

Personal information in accordance with Data Protection Act (1998) and the GDPR which came into force on 10.5.2018 - we use the personal information you give us to keep you informed about race arrangements, to develop and enhance our event, and inform you about future events.  All data is held on a secure, encrypted data base and is strictly used for the purposes of running the Lode Half Marathon.  Your data is not shared with any third party at any time.

Race numbers are not interchangeable.  Entries cannot be assigned, transferred or sold to any third party and are therefore strictly prohibited.  There will be NO deferring of entries or refunds for anyone not running on the day.

Your race number includes your timing chip and must be clearly visible on the front of your running vest/t-shirt.  Please also ensure when crossing the finish line that nothing interferes with the view of your race number.

The use of headphones is not permitted in any of the races.  This is for your safety, as it may distract you from being able to hear traffic/cyclists behind you, instructions from race officials and other runners on the course.

No refund can be given if the race is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside of our control.  In the event of the race being cancelled monies are non-refundable and will be classed as a donation. 

In the event of a delayed start for reasons beyond our control any runner choosing not to run must de-register with an official at Race HQ.

In the event that you suffer illness or injury during the event, you are obliged to report it to the nearest marshal.  Withdrawal from Event: if you are unable to take part in the event and you withdraw, the monies for your entry will be donated to our supported charity.
